$1 donation required at entry for visitors aged 12+, HoLa members enter for free

Este año el Festival HoLa tendrá lugar el sábado, 16 de Septiembre 4p-10p y domingo, 17 de Septiembre 11am-6p.
Las siguientes son las instrucciones y estipulaciones para participar como vendedor de artesanías durante el festival:
Se requiere el pago antes del 1 de Agosto 2023. Reembolsos de los pagos solo se honrarán hasta el 1 de agosto 2023. NOTA: Vendedores que no hayan pagado el depósito antes del 1 de agosto no podrán participar. No habrá excepciones. El orden de los puestos será de acuerdo al orden en que su pago sea recibido.
Muy Importante: Todas las carpas deben tener pesas de 10 lbs en cada poste para mantener la carpa en su sitio en caso de vientos fuertes. Hay que traer luces para iluminar el quisoco la noche del sábado. Por favor describe caulquier otra necesidad eléctrica en el formulario abajo.
Nota: Con su pago está incluido:
1. Incluye un año de membrecía y mención en el programa del festival.
2. Si necesita una carpa, habrá un cargo adicional.
3. Espacio de quiosco: (10’x10’) Incluye: 1 mesa (8′) y 2 sillas
4. Doy permiso a HoLa Hora Latina para que use mi nombre, fotos, video, sonido, en PSAs e Internet. También publicaciones o materiales escritos para información, promoción y/o financiamiento.
5. HOLA no es responsable de objetos o bienes robados, rotos o dañados.
6. Acepto cumplir con las reglas del Worlds Fair Park
- Se requiere a todos los vendedores de comida que pongan
alfombras protectivas sobre la acera y el césped debajo de equipo para cocinar para proteger las superficies abajo.
(Alfambras serán provistas por HoLa) - No se permite adjuntar cualquier cosa en los árboles ni en el césped.
- Los vehículos no están permitidos sobre el césped sin estar permitidos por la PBA WFP/VL.
- No se permite estacionarse en el carril de World’s Fair Park Drive excepcto cuando están cargando o
descargando) o en la parte circular del WFP Drive acerca del Sunsphere porque este carril debe mantenerse con un carril y media para que puean pasar los camiones de bomberos. Se sancionan los infractores que se estacionen
durante los eventos y pueden recibir una multa o ser remulcados. - Se requiere a los vendedores que traigan sus propios extensiones eléctricas y mangueras que neceistarán paraconectarse a la electricidad y al agua del parque.
- Los vendedores deben estar preparados con equipo (carritos, carretillas, etc.) para facilitar la carga y la descarga de materiales.
- Es obligatorio adjuntar pesas en las carpas, se prohibe la instalación de postes en el césped.
- Los vendedores que van a cocinar deben traer un extintor de fuego en funionamiento.
- No se permite llamas abiertas debajo de las carpas.
- Amarre todos los tanques de LP/CO2.
- No echan líquidos calientes, hielo, o grasa sobre el césped. Favor de desechar grasa, agua clorinado, y otros líquidos correcetamente.
- Neveras y otros equipos, incluyendo cajas de refrescos o comida, no se debe
amontonados directamente sobre el césped. Esos materiales deben estar puestos en un pálet o un aparato similar. - No se puede instalar carpas ni poner caulquier equipo en las rutas que acceden los vehículos de emergencia.
- Favor de hacer una lista de todos los aparatos que necesitan electricidad, la cantidad necesaria, el amperaje y el fase.
- Por favor tomen en cuenta que es la responsibilidad de los vendedores proveer sus propios extensiones eléctricas y mangueras para agua.
Favor de leer la información anterior con cuidado y llenar la solicitud abajo. No hay que hacer el depósito hasta que se apruebe su solicitud.
At the Festival only AUTHENTIC LATIN ARTS AND CRAFTS are permitted (individuals, non-profits & businesses).

This year the HoLa Festival will be Saturday, September 16th, 4pm -10pm and Sunday, Septmeber 17th, 11am -6pm.
The following are the instructions and stipulations to participate as a craft vendor at the festival:
A deposit is required before August 1st, 2022. Refunds of deposits will only be honored until August 1st, 2023. NOTE: Vendors that have not paid the deposit by August 1st will not participate. There will be no exceptions. The order of the booths will be in accordance to the order in which the payments are received.
Very Important: All tents must have 20 lbs weights on each pole to keep the tent in place in case of strong winds. Vendors must bring lights to illuminate their booths on Saturday night. Please describe any other electrical need in the form below.
Note: With your payment is included:
1. Includes 1-year membership and listing in Festival Program.
2. If you need a tent, there will be an additional fee.
3. Booth Space: (10’x10’) Includes 1 tables, and 2 chairs.
4. I give permission to HoLa Hora Latina to use my name, pictures, video or sound, in PSAs and Internet. Also in written materials, for informational, promotional and/or fundraising purposes.
5.HOLA is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged goods or objects.
6. I agree to comply with the rules of Worlds Fair Park:
- Food vendors are required to place protective lawn matting on the sidewalk/lawn below cooking equipment to protect the
surface below (lessee will be held responsible for any damage). - Attachments to trees or landscaping are prohibited
- Vehicles will not be allowed on the lawns/sidewalks without permission from the PBA WFP/VL Events Coordinator
- Vehicles are no longer allowed to park in one (1) lane of World’s Fair Park Drive (except for loading & unloading) or in the
circle portion of WFP Drive near the Sunsphere as the Drive must maintain a one & a half lane fire lane clearance and the
circle is now considered a fire lane. Violators found parking in these areas during events risk being ticketed and/or towed by
WFP Security. - Vendors are required to bring their own extension cords or electrical whips as well as any water hoses that they would need.
- Vendors should come prepared with equipment (dollies, carts, etc.) to assist with unloading and loading of equipment
- Tents, inflatable games, etc. must be weighted; stakes in the lawn areas are strictly prohibited.
- Vendors who are cooking on site must provide a working fire extinguisher
- No open flames are permitted underneath any tent or canopy.
- Secure all LP/CO2 tanks.
- Do not pour hot liquids, ice, or grease on the lawns. Please dispose of grease, chlorinated water, and other type liquids
properly. It is against City Ordinance to pour anything down the storm drains. - Coolers and supplies, including cases of sodas or food, should not be stacked directly on the grass. These items should be
placed on a pallet or similar device. - Do not erect tents or place any equipment in the roadway that would prohibit passage of an emergency vehicle
- Absolutely no paint is to be sprayed on the lawn or concrete areas unless prior approval is granted by PBA (certain nonpermanent
marking paints are permitted pending approval). - Power Needs: Please list EACH item to be powered, the power amount needed, and the amperage & phase – add an additional page, if needed.
- Please Note: vendors are responsible for providing their own electrical whips and/or extension cords. Also, PBA staff will begin disconnecting any utility service provided to the lessee immediately after the end of each event and not later than 1 hour after the event concludes.
- Please Note: vendors are responsible for providing their own 12-gage sanitary water hoses as PBA does not have them.
Please read the above information carefully and fill out the application below. Don’t make your deposit until your application is approved.
